The GTA real estate market has continued solid growth throughout 2011 and November 2011 is no exception. The November resale sales numbers indicate the continued strong demand by Buyer’s encouraged by low interest rates. Bank of Canada once again left the overnight lending rate unchanged amid global economic concern.
Here are the key numbers for November 2011:
- November 2011 MLS sales: 7092* (up 11% from November 2010)
- November 2011 Avg sale price: $480,421* (up 10% from November 2010)
